Sean-Michael Rosenberg is an associate in the Firm’s Real Estate Group. He has experience in real estate and lending matters representing clients in a wide array of real estate and commercial transactions. His experience includes representing commercial banks, institutional lenders, purchasers, and sellers involving office buildings, shopping centers, commercial and residential condominium buildings, cooperative apartment buildings, rental apartment buildings and mixed-use buildings. Mr. Rosenberg’s practice focuses primarily on the representation of financial institutions. Mr. Rosenberg also provides counsel with respect to a broad range of real property conveyance transactions.
