Jane Croes represents domestic and international financial institutions and other businesses in the areas of lender and borrower representation, corporate finance, and commercial law. Her experience includes the structuring, negotiation, documentation and administration of a broad range of syndicated and non-syndicated credit transactions involving both domestic and foreign companies in a wide variety of industries. Transactions include secured and unsecured loan facilities, acquisition financings, senior, subordinated and mezzanine credit facilities, multi-currency facilities, liquidity facilities, asset-based loan facilities, and letter of credit and banker’s acceptance facilities.
Ms. Croes also has experience with the purchase and sale of loans and loan portfolios, mergers and acquisitions, debt restructurings and workouts, and commercial law matters.
Ms. Croes represents many money center and regional domestic banks and foreign banks.
