Mr. Lahny is a member of the Banking and Finance Group specializing in, among other areas, secured lending, including asset-based finance, acquisition finance, accounts receivable financing and international commodities lending, as well as financial restructuring.  He represents U.S. and foreign banks and financial institutions in domestic and international, committed and uncommitted, secured and unsecured, commercial financing transactions.  Mr. Lahny has extensive experience counseling clients on an array of legal, financial and practical issues.  In addition to his other academic achievements, he has also received an LL.M. in bankruptcy law from St. John's University School of Law.
