Marianne Calabrese is of Counsel in the Trusts & Estates, Private Client & Not-For-Profit Department.

Ms. Calabrese’s practice focuses on sophisticated estate, gift and charitable planning for high net worth individuals. She also regularly counsels fiduciaries and beneficiaries in connection with the administration of estates and trusts in both contested and uncontested matters.

Ms. Calabrese served as law clerk to the Honorable Peter B. Cooper, Chancery Division, Probate Part, Essex County, New Jersey. She is admitted to the New York and New Jersey bars and has extensive experience in the areas of estate and tax planning, estate administration and estate litigation.

Ms. Calabrese graduated magna cum laude from Drew University in 1995 and received her juris doctorate cum laude from Seton Hall Law School in 1998. Ms. Calabrese also obtained a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 2003.
