Kate Dockery's practice focuses on the representation of financial institutions in a variety of transactions with a particular emphasis on asset-based financing transactions and commercial real estate transactions, including revolving credit and term loan facilities, standby letter of credit facilities, commercial mortgage loans, including mortgage loans intended for securitization or other sale in the secondary market, and construction loans.  Ms. Dockery has also worked extensively with the firm's litigation group representing financial institutions in a variety of complex litigation matters, including contract disputes, commercial mortgage foreclosures, judgment enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings.
