Eric M. Reuben has represented banks and other financial institutions in lending transactions and in workout, restructuring and bankruptcy matters.
In lending transactions, Mr. Reuben has represented banks as administrative agent in syndicated loan transactions and individual lenders in bilateral loan transactions. The lending transactions have included secured and unsecured facilities, asset-based and cash flow facilities, and facilities involving borrowers in a wide range of industries. In lending transactions, Mr. Reuben also counsels financial institutions in bankruptcy matters and issues that arise in structuring credit facilities.
Mr. Reuben has represented individual creditors, administrative agents, and groups of lenders in all aspects of workout, restructuring and bankruptcy matters. Mr. Reuben has experience in representing creditors in structuring, documenting and implementing out-of-court workouts and restructurings involving corporate and commercial matters as well as real estate matters. Mr. Reuben has also represented financial institutions in all aspects of bankruptcy matters, including contested and consensual requests for use of cash collateral, debtor-in-possession financings, avoidance actions, and plans of reorganization.
