Brant S. Talesnick
Brant S. Talesnick is an associate in Emmet’s Banking and Finance group. Brant represents commercial banks and other financial institutions, both foreign and domestic, in the negotiation and documentation of a variety of financing transactions, including secured and unsecured lending, letter of credit transactions, syndicated and non-syndicated credit facilities, real estate finance, trade finance, capital commitments and subscription financing.
Brant graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was a member of the Intellectual Property and Information Law Program. During law school, he worked in the business and legal affairs department of a major record label. Prior to law school, while at The George Washington University, he worked for the United States House of Representatives, where he performed research and drafted memoranda relating to issues before the House Committees on Financial Services and Foreign Affairs.
