Beth C. Khinchuk is an associate in the Litigation Group. She represents clients in complex litigation matters, including commercial litigation, securities litigation, white-collar criminal defense, intellectual property litigation, and banking and finance litigation.
Ms. Khinchuk is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law, where she was a member of the Urban Law Journal. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, with honors.
Prior to joining Emmet, Ms. Khinchuk completed internships with the Honorable William J. Martini of the District of New Jersey, the Honorable Robert H. Cleland of the Eastern District of Michigan, and the Honorable Avern L. Cohn of the Eastern District of Michigan.
Beth is fluent in English and Russian.
